On February 5, 2011, Christopher Edmonstone and I collaborated again for a photoshoot, which took place in the model’s 2-storey loft. I did the makeup, provided some jewellery for a few of the shots, and helped with the lighting/reflectors.
The preliminary shots I’ve seen look great!
On March 20, 2010 I did the makeup for a former co-worker, Vista, before she dashed off to her Engagement Party in West Vancouver.

I was involved in my first commercial photoshoot a couple of weeks ago, courtesy of Shaun Stander (www.shaunstander.com). The shoot took place at a restaurant in Vancouver which could provide you with a sugar/fat-overload of just about any type you could possibly imagine – everything from donuts, to cheeseburgers, to Chinese takeout. The combination of smells was quite… interesting. The restaurant was open for business and several customers were curious as to what we were doing. One of them asked Shaun what the shoot was for, and who the model (Kevin) was. Shaun replied, very seriously, “We’re shooting for Donuts Weekly. He’s a Donut Kingpin.” The customer totally bought it, saying “Oh really?! Never heard of it.” I could not keep a straight face!
